Welcome to your profile page, where you can view and update your personal details, manage payments, and keep track of your game history! You’ll find all your options neatly organised into tabs, which can be accessed by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner after logging in. Here’s a quick rundown of what you’ll find:

General Information

The General Information tab lets you manage your basic details. Update your name, email, or skill level here. Your skill level helps ShuttleOps match you with players of similar experience in games, so keeping this accurate can lead to more balanced and enjoyable matchups!

My Clubs

In this tab, you’ll see a list of all the clubs you belong to. Each club’s details are displayed for quick access. You can click on any club to see more specifics or leave clubs if you’re no longer an active member.

My Stats

Track your game history and attendance here! This tab shows stats across the clubs you’re part of, including sessions attended and games played. If you’re aiming to improve your game count or just keep a record of all your matches, this is the place to check!

Banking

Manage your payment methods in the Banking tab. You can add multiple bank accounts and choose a default account. ShuttleOps uses Stripe to securely store all payment information, so your details are safe and protected.

My Payments

The My Payments tab is where you’ll find all your payment history, listed by each session you’ve attended. It breaks down your payments by club, showing which sessions you’ve already paid for and any outstanding balances. Some payments might show as “owed” since transactions can take a few days to process, especially for clubs that charge monthly.

Use the dropdown at the top of this tab to select the club you want to view payments for.
