Viewing player attendance

Along with managing the players on court during a session, ShuttleOps helps you keep track of who has attended and therefore who might owe the club any fees for attendance. If you need to review attendance for an individual there are a couple of things you can do.

Firstly, when on the Players page for your club, use the menu associated with the player and select "View Attendance".

When you do this, a new window will pop up allowing you to see all the sessions this player has attended. As shown below, this will also indicate the cost for the session if one has been set, and an indication if the player has paid this session cost. The statistics at the top will give you a quick overview of how much that player owes.

Along with this information, you can also see all the transactions associated with a player and their attendance. This can be either past transactions, or payments due. To view these, select "Transactions" from the menu and view the appropriate tab. Expanding the filter will allow you to select a specific player.

Items on the "Transactions" tab are automatic payments as a result of them entering their bank account details via their profile page. Once authorised, ShuttleOps will take the payment for the session automatically based on the settings of the club. Alternatively the "Outstanding Payments" tab will list all sessions a player has attended but where a payment has not been made automatically. This could be due to an error completing a transaction or the player not adding their payment details. If the player has paid you via other bank transfer or cash then you can use the tick icon to mark the payment as received. This will update their attendance view shown above.
